Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, digital marketing services, automated software solutions, and subscription plans provided by Saradomin Solutions LLC (DBA “Saradomin Solutions”). By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Services
Saradomin Solutions provides turnkey digital web infrastructure, including custom web design, managed cloud hosting, local search engine optimization (SEO) configurations, automated Google review capture workflows, and 24/7 missed-call text-back automation systems for local service businesses and multi-location franchise organizations.
2. Subscription Billing, Fees & Cancellation
- Monthly Subscription: Our plans are billed on a recurring monthly cycle at the rate selected during checkout, unless otherwise specified in an enterprise multi-location agreement.
- Zero Setup Fees: There are no upfront setup fees for standard subscriptions unless custom custom-code integrations or bespoke enterprise scope is formally contracted.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time without long-term penalty or hidden cancellation fees. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing period. Notice should be provided at least 30 days prior to renewal via email to billing@saradominsolutions.com.
- Refund Policy: Monthly subscription dues already billed are non-refundable as technical infrastructure and continuous hosting are provisioned immediately upon billing.
3. Telecommunications, SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliant)
Saradomin Solutions utilizes automated text messaging (SMS) capabilities to facilitate client onboarding, missed call recovery, review capture notifications, and customer support. By providing your mobile telephone number:
- Age Restriction (18+): You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in or providing your mobile phone number, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
- Consent to Receive SMS: You expressly consent to receive informational and transactional SMS messages from Saradomin Solutions. Providing consent is voluntary and not required to purchase our services.
- Message Frequency: Message cadence varies according to your account activity, support tickets, and communication volume.
- Standard Carrier Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out Protocol (STOP): You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP in response to any text message from us. After sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscription and will not send further automated texts unless re-initiated by you.
- Support Protocol (HELP): For assistance with text communications, reply HELP to any message or contact support at support@saradominsolutions.com or (727) 263-3591.
- Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy of Opt-In Data: We will never sell, lease, transfer, or disclose mobile opt-in data or consent records to third parties for marketing or promotional endeavors.
4. Client Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
When utilizing our websites, tools, and automated messaging features, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful, and authentic business credentials, contact data, and marketing copy.
- Comply with all applicable federal and state marketing laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier 10DLC compliance standards.
- Refrain from transmitting unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or unsolicited spam materials through our software automations.
- Maintain appropriate security and confidentiality regarding any client portal or administrative credentials.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All branding, trade names, custom software workflows, copy blueprints, and code templates created by Saradomin Solutions remain our exclusive intellectual property. Client logos, trademarks, and brand content supplied by you remain your property. Upon active subscription, clients receive an exclusive license to display and utilize their customized website for the duration of the subscription.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and superior Google search positioning, we cannot guarantee specific organic search ranking positions, specific revenue figures, or uninterrupted telecommunications routing. In no event shall Saradomin Solutions LLC, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in state or federal courts located in the United States.
